Paintball is an exciting and very active team game set in an out of doors location usually in either a woodland environment or an artificially constructed "urban" area. Each participant is issued with protective clothing and a paintball marker gun which fires "paintballs" - small balls filled with paint which burst on impact. Before each game your team will be briefed with a different scenario in which you will be given a mission to accomplish and, of course, the opposing teams will be trying to prevent you from achieving this by firing at you with their markers. If a paintball hits you and bursts, you are deemed to have lost a life and you will normally have to retire to the safe area for the remainder of the game. You win by successfully completing your mission.
Paintballing is a very physical activity and you will be throwing yourself down on the ground and crawling through the undergrowth so it is not the time to be wearing your latest designer gear. We recommend old comfortable clothes that you do not mind getting wet and dirty and a pair of boots or sturdy shoes suitable for running around in the woods. Water will be provided on site but if you want any other food or drink, you should bring this with you. You should also bring a bit of money if you want to buy any additional paintballs.
A session lasts for half a day during which time you should manage to do 6 games. As there are no toilet facilities on site, we are unable to offer full day sessions but we do fit a lot into your time on site so you get good value for your money.
What does it cost and how do I book?
The cost of a half day session is £25 which includes all equipment, insurance and 200 paint balls. Book a session by calling 07786 997252 or visit our booking section for further details
